Home/Marketing for National Organizations

One voice, coast to coast.

Associations, charities and franchise networks need a brand that holds together from one province to the next. We build the websites, campaigns and tools that keep every chapter, location and member on the same page, in English and French.

What we handle

National brand, bilingual websites, campaigns, member email and chapter toolkits.

How it runs

One national plan and a named lead, with work that adapts for each region.

Our work

Some of our work is covered by confidentiality agreements. We share relevant examples on a call.

How we help

A national plan that works locally.

Tap a step for the detail.

01Understand the network

We learn how your organization is structured: national office, chapters, franchisees or members, and who approves what.

02Set the standard

A clear brand system, templates and guidelines so every location can produce work that looks and sounds like you.

03Launch nationally, adapt locally

Campaigns, websites and email roll out nationally, with versions for each region and each official language.

04Measure across regions

Reporting that compares regions and channels, so you can see what is working and where to invest next.

What we handle
  • Brand systems and brand guidelines
  • Bilingual websites in English and French
  • Location, chapter and franchise pages with local SEO
  • National and regional ad campaigns
  • Member and donor email programs
  • Fundraising and awareness campaigns
  • Social media for national and regional accounts
  • Templates and toolkits for chapters and franchisees
  • Event and conference marketing
  • Annual reports and print
Why it matters

When every chapter or location makes its own materials, one national brand slowly turns into a dozen different ones. Members lose confidence, donors get mixed messages and search engines struggle to tell your locations apart. A shared system fixes that without taking local voices out of the picture.

A good fit if
  • Your locations or chapters each look a little different
  • You need one website that serves national and local audiences
  • You run campaigns in English and French
  • Your national team is small and the network is large

Questions we hear

National marketing questions, answered.

What executive directors, national offices and franchise teams ask us before they reach out. Have a different question? Ask us directly.

Do you work with organizations outside Ontario?

Yes. We work with organizations across North America. Most of the work happens by video call, and we meet in person wherever the project calls for it.

Can you deliver everything in English and French?

Yes. Websites, campaigns, email and social content can be delivered in both official languages, with French translation by professional translators and both versions reviewed before launch.

How do you keep chapters or franchisees on brand?

We build a brand system with guidelines, templates and ready-to-use assets, so local teams can create their own materials without starting from scratch or drifting off brand.

Can one website serve our national and local audiences?

Yes. We plan the structure so national content and local pages work together, and each location or chapter gets its own page that can show up in local search.

Do our member and donor emails need to follow CASL?

Often, yes. Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation applies to most commercial electronic messages, although some messages from registered charities are exempt. We build consent, identification and unsubscribe into every program either way. Our CASL guide explains the basics.

Who approves the work?

You decide. We set up an approval path that matches your structure, from one national contact to a group of regional reviewers, and build the review rounds into the timeline.

Do you respond to RFPs?

Yes. We respond to formal RFPs and provide itemized proposals that boards and committees can review easily.

Can you show examples of national work?

Some of our work for larger organizations is covered by confidentiality agreements, so it is not shown on this site. We are glad to walk you through relevant examples on a call.
