The goal
Perth Home Hardware's customers are tradespeople and locals who know the staff by name. The store wanted social media that felt like walking in the front door: funny, warm and genuinely local, while still moving flyer items and seasonal products.
What we did
- A monthly rhythm. Each cycle starts with a planning meeting to line up flyer items, hot buys, store events and seasonal products, followed by a shoot day and finished Reels and photos.
- Trends, made local. We bring a list of trending formats, explain how each one works and adapt the store's favourites so they feel like Perth Home Hardware, not a copy.
- Staff in the spotlight. A recurring manager video series and meet-the-team posts put real people front and centre. Every concept is checked with the team so staff are comfortable and come across as the professionals they are.
- A consistent look. Bright editing and signature animated endings make the store's posts instantly recognizable in the feed.

The result
Perth Home Hardware now has a steady, recognizable presence on Instagram and Facebook, with flyer promotions, seasonal products and store events built into every month. The funny, trend-based videos have become the store's favourites, and the staff series gives customers another reason to stop in and say hello.
