Home/Industries/Marketing for Spas and Salons

Marketing that fills the treatment book.

Guests choose a spa or salon on photos, reviews and how easy it is to book. We build the website, the booking path, the content and the gift card push that keep your chairs and rooms full all year.

Before the booking

What guests check before they book.

Four things a new guest looks for, usually on a phone and usually late in the evening.

01

Photos of the real space

They want to see the rooms, the products and the people before they hand over an hour of their day.

02

Availability they can see

If booking means calling during business hours, plenty of people close the tab and book somewhere else.

03

Reviews and your replies

Guests read how you answer a complaint as closely as they read the five-star reviews.

04

A menu a first-timer understands

Treatment names, lengths and what is included, written so nobody has to guess.

How we help

From first look to rebooked.

The four pieces we put in place, in the order that pays off fastest.

01Know your best treatments

The services with the best margins and the most rebooking, so the marketing pushes what actually grows the business.

02Show the space

Rooms, products and your team, photographed by our media partners on a quiet day we plan around your bookings.

03Make booking instant

Your booking software linked or embedded on every page, from Google and from Instagram.

04Bring them back

Rebooking reminders, memberships and gift card campaigns that turn one visit into a habit.

Gift cards and holidays

Your biggest weeks are planned in October.

Gift cards carry December and Mother's Day for most spas and salons. We set up online gift card sales, design the cards and the front desk print, and launch the campaigns early enough that people buy from you instead of a chain.

The same plan covers the quiet weeks in January and the summer, with offers for past guests who have not been back in a while.

Why it matters

A spa sells a feeling before anyone walks in. The photos, the tone of your posts and the ease of booking all have to match the calm of the room. We keep every piece consistent, so the first visit feels the way the website promised.

You will want to talk to us if
  • Most bookings still come in by phone
  • Gift card sales are flat outside December

Rules we plan around

Some treatments come with advertising limits.

Registered massage therapists in Ontario cannot use testimonials in their advertising, and treatments that use prescription products have tight limits on how they can be promoted in Canada. We plan your content, reviews and offers around the rules that apply to the services you offer.

Let's fill the book.

Tell us which treatments you want to sell more of. We will plan the year around them.

Questions we hear

Spa and salon marketing questions, answered.

What spa and salon owners ask before a first call. Something we missed? Ask us.

Should our website take bookings directly?

Yes, if you can. Linking or embedding the booking software you already use lets guests book at midnight on a phone, which is when a lot of them are deciding.

How do we sell more gift cards?

Make them easy to buy online, display them at the front desk and promote them ahead of the holidays, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. We plan those pushes weeks in advance.

Can we post client photos and reviews?

Often, with written consent, but not always. If you employ registered massage therapists, their advertising cannot include testimonials. We set up review and photo practices that suit the services you offer.

What should a spa or salon post on social media?

The space, the team, results where they are allowed, product features and quick tips. Short videos of treatments in progress do well because they show what the experience feels like.

Who takes the photos and video?

Our media partners shoot your rooms, products and team on a day we plan around your bookings, so the space is calm and nobody's appointment is disrupted.

Can you help fill weekdays?

Yes. Weekday offers, last-minute openings posted to social and email to past guests who have not been back in a while are simple ways to fill quieter days.

Do you design treatment menus and print?

Yes. Treatment menus, gift cards, price lists, signage and packaging, all designed to match your brand and your website.
